Convening the World’s Leading CEOs to Advance Sustainability

The Paris Climate Change Summit committed governments to develop strategies for low carbon growth. Even though “green growth” is a priority, governments have struggled to identify sustainable policies and practices to help them reach this goal. Companies have an important role in advancing sustainability but are challenged in finding ways to plug into the process in many developing countries for a range of different reasons.

Basilinna’s team understands the issues, the challenges, and opportunities stemming from these commitments, and how to navigate these in countries in Asia and the MENA region.

To support China’s ambitious agenda for a sustainable economy, our team tapped into the innovative private sector by creating a CEO Council of leading US and Chinese companies on sustainability to develop policy advocacy positions, case studies, and pilot projects in China. Given the caliber of the CEOs, this high-level council has attracted the support of the Chinese leadership. The Council also provides a platform to convene annually to discuss the major issues while also creating a lab environment to cooperate on tangible projects that showcase how members have greened their companies and the broader environment.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
