Catherine is the Vice Chairman of Youth Forum of Reform and Opening-up under NDRC (National Development and Reform Commission) worked with Thomas H. Lee Capital/Lee Capital Partners (Billionaire/PE pioneer Thomas H. Lee’s family office and PE firm in NY) where she was responsible for relationship development to enhance fundraising, co-investment and new deal opportunities within China. 

Ms. Lu’s experience also includes roles with China Broadband Capital Partners and British law firm Herbert Smith LLP. She is an active member of the Steering Committee of Young Patrons of Lincoln Center in NY, the Leadership Council of the Robert F. Kennedy Foundation, Trustee of China conglomerate FOSUN Foundation, Duke Foundation (Kunshan) and Founding Curator of Global Shaper Hangzhou Hub for World Economic Forum. Ms. Lu is a graduate of Duke University School of Law and is admitted to both Chinese and New York bar.
